This renovation transformed the villa into a contemporary Mediterranean retreat defined by comfort, light, and wellness-focused living. Alongside the aesthetic redesign, the home was upgraded with advanced technical systems, including a full VRV air filtration and purification system, whole-house water filtration, and a dedicated wellness area designed to enhance daily recovery and overall wellbeing.
The interior palette embraced soft blue tones, natural woods, and refined textures to evoke a calm, coastal atmosphere. Careful placement of new windows and skylights maximised natural light throughout the home, creating bright, airy spaces and strengthening the connection to the surrounding landscape. The reconfigured layout improved flow and functionality, ensuring each room felt intuitive, open, and well-utilised.
