Villa Trio

This 1,200 m² villa development showcased large-scale design thinking, advanced engineering, and a comprehensive sustainability strategy. Designed with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the residence featured a private master wing of over 100 m² and a dedicated 200 m² spa and wellness centre, creating a fully immersive living experience centred around comfort, performance, and wellbeing.
From the outset, the villa was conceived as a highly sustainable, technology-integrated home. It incorporated a full VRV air filtration and purification system, whole-house water filtration, a rainwater collection system, and a complete solar energy solution that significantly reduced external energy demand. These systems worked together to elevate both environmental efficiency and day-to-day living quality.
The architectural design embraced generous volumes and four-meter ceilings that amplified natural light and created a sense of openness and grandeur. Expansive living spaces, premium finishes, bespoke joinery, and carefully curated furnishings contributed to a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the landscape, while the kitchen and social areas were engineered with high-end appliances and refined materials to support modern, elevated living.
Developed as a full design-and-build project, the villa was sold off-plan — reflecting the strength of the concept, the architectural vision, and the market appeal of its integrated wellness and sustainability features.
