Peakside Chalets

This large-scale mountain development redefined alpine living by integrating advanced design technology with a highly sustainable, timber-led construction approach. Wood served as the core structural material throughout the project, chosen for its environmental benefits, low carbon footprint, and exceptional performance in mountain climates. The result was a collection of chalets and communal spaces that felt both modern and deeply connected to the natural surroundings.

Each private chalet was designed as a self-contained retreat, featuring its own wellness suite complete with spa amenities, relaxation spaces, and panoramic alpine views. At the heart of the development, the Clubhouse offered an expansive communal spa and fitness centre equipped with the latest wellness technologies — including relaxation capsules, ice rooms, experience showers, and advanced thermal and recovery features.

Natural materials, refined finishes, and warm, tactile textures created a sense of harmony across the entire site, while strategic lighting and open-plan layouts maximised natural light and enhanced the feeling of space. Together, these elements formed a contemporary, environmentally conscious development that elevated wellbeing, performance, and luxury in equal measure.
