Located in a prestigious building in Limassol, Cyprus, this apartment leaves no corner of the unit untouched with the ultimate indulgence.
The entire space is light and airy, with almost no dark wood in sight. The family requested that every piece of furniture and every material used be of the utmost quality to reflect their interior taste.
The home incorporates earthy colours with contrasting cream furniture pieces, as they are set against exquisite grey marble walls and ceiling to floor windows. With the flat overlooking the sea, Roomzly gave a lot of focus to the balcony area as this is where the family would be entertaining guests and relaxing during the summer months. The furniture here is also light in colour with pops of extravagant orange.
The walls are either white wood or cream paint, separated by light brown and grey marble, to distinguish and break up the white colour palette throughout.
Even though the floors are also a light colour, the house has an open plan design, yet by applying different light fixtures and materials for furniture, it is skilfully separated. What makes the living area so unique is the quirky decor pieces, often used in contemporary interiors.
The house is designed for a family with older children, allowing us to create each room with character and class.
Each bedroom is slightly minimalistic in its approach. Still, the one thing combining the rooms is the use of exquisite wood panelling, yet with touches of elegance brought in by using luscious fabrics and gorgeous lamps.
The master bedroom has marble on the walls with swirls of grey and brown and a light wood headboard. Sophistication is added by using glass wardrobes and a vanity area to get ready for the day.
Every corner of the home brings out the family’s personality, with eccentric items and rare furniture pieces. The place is oozing with class, style and well-planned spacing.
